RMA Procedures

RMA 
  • Enter a New Request via the Gigastone Support Center
  • Please ensure that you have your proof of purchase and the product is under warranty
  • If you are unsure or proof of purchase has been lost submit a request via our support center

  • Please indicate product problems as well as the name and address of the recipient.
  • The deficient product will be returned via registered mail after repair.

  • If you find your Gigastone product deficient under normal working condition
    • Contact the store where you purchased the products to request a replacement.
    • Enter a new request via the Gigastone Support Center
    • Communicate detailed information

    • The DOA process may take 7 to 14 days.

Gigastone is not responsible for any data lost as a result of a deficient product 

Gigastone does not provide any Data Recovery Services 

Gigastone will not repair or examine any products that were not Manufactures by Gigastone
